Recruiting primarily on DoD government contract positions remotely. Sourcing for candidates with Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI and other variations of security clearances.Working with Account Executives and hiring managers to identify requirements.Conducts background, criminal, and clearance checks to ensure candidates are fit for positions.Sourcing through means of cold calling, email campaigns, social media etc.

Responsible for candidate recruitment within temporary andcontract services divisions. Sources, screens, evaluates, interviews and selectscandidates for employment on available temporary, temp-to-hire and contract staffingassignments. Works closely with Account Executives to understand and meet theTechnical staffing industry needs of client employers and to ensure a smooth transition and satisfactory performance of candidates in the employer’s workforce. Recruiting for roles such as: Full-Stack Developers, Project/Program Managers, Help Desk/Desktop, Data Scientists, Network Engineers, System Admins, Product Owner/Managers, QA testers, Data Analysts, SQL Developers, and Security Clearance Candidates.

Contacts, interviews, and advises civilian personnel to obtain qualified applicants for enlistment into the Army. Contacts representatives of schools, public officials, personnel managers, parents of prospective applicants, religious and civil leaders, and others to present the Army as an employment and career opportunity. Presents formal and informal talks on advantages of the Army at civic and service organizations and student bodies. Conducts Background Checks, fingerprinting and FBI and Civilian records checks.Distributes and displays recruiting publicity material. Establishes liaison with local radio, television, and newspaper agencies. Writes, edits, or presents recruiting material for use by local communications agencies.Interviews and counsels prospective enlistees. Explains Army benefits, evaluates applicants occupational, educational, and psychological background to determine Army programs with specific individual appeal.Administers and scores screening physical examination, and enlisted screening test of applicants and counsels with regard to reasonable occupational aspirations within the Army.Gathers individual data and prepares forms and documents incident to enlistment processing. Arranges for transportation, meals, and lodging for applicants where required. Maintains prospect card files, school program folders, and prospecting lists. Assists in market research and analysis of recruiting territory and makes appropriate recommendations to station commander.

Cavalry Scout Section Leader Responsible for the discipline, training, morale, health, welfare, and tactical deployment of a Scout Section (6 to 10 personnel) in support of combat and contingency operations. Responsible for daily administrative operations and assumes the duties of the Platoon Sergeant in his absence. Responsible for all assigned equipment and sub-components to include equipment assigned to the individual, squad, and section. Responsible for maintenance and mission readiness. Collects battlefield intelligence reports and analyzes accuracy of reconnaissance information for use by Troop/ Squadron Commander. Supervises and manages reconnaissance of fording sites, tunnels, bridges, and routes for use by Troop/ Squadron Commander and follow on forces. Controls movement when conducting route/ area/ zone reconnaissance at section level by evaluating terrain, selecting routes, assembly areas, and combat firing positions.

Ran the administrative aspect of a combat unit as well as functioned as the acting Platoon Sergeant directly responsible for over 9 soldiers training and well being.

Operates as a member of a M119 Howitzer Gun Team. Participates in Joint forcable entry exercises air dropping guns and personnel and continuing with follow on fire missions.
