I led the relocation of company headquarters from Reykjavik, Iceland to Boston, MA for this software leader of the time management and productivity application, Tempo, used by 500,000+ Atlassian Jira developers. I recruited and rebuilt the executive team including the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Marketing Officer, the Vice President of Channels, and the Director of Business Operations.A few key achievements in this role include:☛ Achieved all key performance indicator (KPI) targets in 2019, drove revenue up by 38%, and increased the EBITDA to 7%.☛ Successfully launched a new time tracking application on the Zendesk ecosystem with a focus on improving technical support team operations and processes.☛ Developed and executed the acquisition strategy to fast-track company growth in 2020.☛ Implemented Hoshin Kanri business planning methodology to transform all business strategies and initiatives.☛ Created a completely new Channels sales program and team, resulting in a top vendor prioritized status within Atlassian.

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer I established this company with the objective of providing software developers with a platform for delivering secure code through a unique combination of computer-based training (CBT) and security code scanning. Among a range of functions I designed this developer-oriented SaaS portal by integrating next-generation e-learning methods with real-time code security scanning.A few key achievements in this role include:◆ Obtained and managed $5M in funding from a private equity firm, LLR Partners, to establish the business.◆ Successfully released 32 secure coding courses along with multiple cutting-edge code scanning tools.◆ Built a reseller sales channel and trained 400 security consultants in selling and incorporating the software solution into their consulting practices.◆ Attained $11M in annual recurring revenue (ARR) by November 2016.◆ Within 18 months, 160,000+ developers implemented the solution with 115 new enterprise accounts, 46 of which were Fortune 500 companies.

I led business operations for this software development company focused on providing an application performance testing solution for enterprise customers. Among other functions I recruited and rebuilt the engineering team in Israel. I also worked directly with the company founders to streamline all business operations and workflows.A few key achievements in this role include:►Transformed the product strategy into SaaS delivery aligning with acquisition objectives and goals.►Redesigned the original network appliance-based solution as a SaaS platform and integrated it with the dominant Application Lifecycle Management platforms of CA Technologies, HP, and IBM.►Established several new sales channels including CA, Capgemini, Cognizant, HP, and IBM.►Designed a line of new products with emphasis on performance assurance for cloud and mobile platforms and data center migrations.►Successfully implemented the software solution for 2,000+ customers.►Optimized operational efficiency by increasing maintenance renewals to over 95%.

Ounce Labs was a pioneer in Software for Static Application Security Testing (SAST). Transformed the user experience, the licensing model, and go-to-market strategy. We right sized the company, and made the products relevant and competitive to the Security and Testing communities. Ounce Labs was acquired by IBM and became the cornerstone of their AppScan product line.

Created the category of IP GeoLocation and IP Intelligence as the foundation for any location based service. Became a standard in multi-factor identification, transaction fraud prevention, broadcast rights management, and Ad Serving. Became an essential infrastructure layer for leaders such as Yahoo, Microsoft, Expedia, Amazon, and RSA.

Employee #11 at startup. We created the category of Customer Relationship Management. As first VP of Sales, grew 40 account managers, $64 million in revenue and IPO. As International Ops VP grew international business globally, while continuing company growth to $200 Million, and Merger with Peoplesoft.
