Gary is a retired financial executive and business strategist with over 40 years experience working in business development, mergers and acquisitions, finance and most all accounting and financial disciplines including systems design and implementation, treasury, risk management, banking, capital acquisition, and corporate tax in large muti-subsidiary and multi-national environments and smaller closely held firms including various and diverse manufacturing companies, start-up firms and a specialty chemical research company.
