As a Business Consultant, My Responsibility was the Support of Smart Metering (AMM) in Fortum Energy in Sweden, Finland and Norway. Named roles that I have held in Fortum include: AMM Project Manager; AMM Rollout Manager; AMM Regulations Manager; and AMM Procurement Manager. In addition to the direct Experience in these areas, I supported in a number of areas including Process and IT Requirements development, AMM Technical expert, Process and IT implementation management, business strategy, overall program management, business case development, investment proposal development and business development.In addition to Fortum Energy, I also performed short assignments, including a Service Provider Audit for Vattenfall Energy, Technical Due Diligence for Climate Change Capital, Participated as an Expert and Leader in the Nordic AMR Forum, and worked with market strategy.As an owner, I have also been working in the areas of Sales, Recruitment and Financials for both companies.

As a business consultant, my primary experience was supporting Vattenfall Energy with consulting services. Services I provided includes AMM Technical Expert, Project Management support, process and requirement development, procurement, rollout support and planning, development of a monitoring and surveillance system for CIS, EDMS, MDMS and AMM, and general consulting services including an Optimization Study focused on AMM Operations.In addition to Vattenfall Energy, I supported AtosOrigin with strategy and procurements in AMM, and development of an AMS Solution Platform, including operational business requirements.

As a Program Manager, I managed 3 end to end AMM Projects, and supported the Completion of 2 projects including the optimization and restructuring of Operations and Maintenance. In these assignments I have delivered turnkey projects and developed long term service contracts for Gas, Water and Electric utilities. The responsibilities have been typical to Program Management (Planning, Implementation, Closing), including service management, business planning, financial management, Engineering design, quality assurance, system optimization, personnel management, IT, integration, MIS data management, negotiations, purchasing and inventory control, customer service, QHSE and TQM provider and trainer. I successfully completed the Schlumberger Program Manager Training course, in a quarter of the average time it took for other trainees.

As a Field Engineer with Schlumberger, I worked in a very demanding, hands-on environment involving complex measurements of the geophysical properties of underground rock formations. In the field, I managed a crew and the necessary logging equipment. It was my job to interface with the clients and the sales personnel to deliver the highest quality product in the most efficient manner. I scored in the top percentile during training, ensuring me placement in Nisku, the most challenging and diverse oil and gas district in Canada
