I’m a product management and marketing/training communications professional with experience in the software industry. As a Certified Scrum Product Owner, I develop new products and brings them to market. I have created hundreds of training and marketing communications videos, articles, webinars, books, and other materials. I manage relationships with a variety of product developers, stakeholders, customers, and other critical players of all different personality types. I have a keen understanding of product development and particularly what it takes to bring a software title and training materials to market. I am an effective communicator both in person and with a variety of communication technologies from writing, to live webinars, to video and audio production. I particularly enjoy writing and have published five books. I also love multimedia production and as a musician have well-developed audio production and editing skills. To solve the customer’s problems in my role as a product manager and Scrum PO, I not only teach them how to use the software that already exists, but on an even more fundamental level I convert my understanding of their needs into complex software products that fulfill those needs.
