Current Wrote RFQ and $16MM contract for procurement of UP vendor. Led contract negotiations and onboarding of UP vendor: Accenture. Manage deliverable process including DED requirements, assembly of relevant SMEs for deliverable review team, participation in DED and deliverable reviews, enforcement of deliverable timelines, and calculation and communication of liquidated damages for late deliveries. Oversaw NM HSD and Accenture BAs during requirements gathering and documentation in Jama and Atlassian Jira tools and crosswalk of RFQ provisions, contract SOW, and traceability of requirements through design, development, test and deployment. Participate in certification team meetings and activities to prepare for Outcome Based Streamlined CMS certification of UP module (planned for 2024). Along with module business owner, represent NM HSD in twice-weekly Leads meeting with Accenture Project Director and Delivery leads. Convey high-level project questions & concerns and manage accountability of vendor for key success factors for the UP module. Oversee activities of NM HSD and Accenture technical teams to establish integrations between NM HSD legacy systems and the UP cloud-based platform, Salesforce. Oversee purchases of Salesforce licenses to support vendor solution. Oversaw purchase of services from Copado (Dev-Ops tools), Odaseva (cloud backup), DigitSec (Salesforce security scanning), and MicroFocus (Loadrunner/Cloud). Work with NM HSD and Accenture security SMEs to ensure vendor solutions are MARS-E 2.0 compliant as well as adequately tested (i.e., penetration testing). Author and provide weekly status on all UP risks and issues. Create and track action items and author decisions for project decision register. Authored contract amendment to reset delivery dates and compensation for unfinished components of UP. Provide frequent presentations to project leadership on module risks/issues and status.
