We took on the mission to fortify healthcare professionals during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring they had the essential protective equipment they needed in New York and New Jersey.My culinary roots trace back to Masaya Kitchen, a contemporary Filipino restaurant concept born out of my love for innovation and authenticity in recipes. This venture encapsulated my ambition to showcase the versatility of Filipino cuisine while retaining its soulful essence.In earlier ventures, I co-founded SWILL, an early pioneer in alcohol e-commerce that simplified how we order popular alcohol brands, ensuring timely on-demand delivery. I took pride in strategically developing our retail network nationwide and identifying growth opportunities. Before SWILL, I wore the hat of CEO at OMG Foodie, an online NYC restaurant guide that gained acclaim, with our video features frequently spotlighted by Eater.On a personal tangent, I've always sought challenges beyond the professional realm. This led me to the poker tables, where I traveled professionally before my entrepreneurial journey began and later, to the formation of my first 501(c)(3) non-profit, The Promise Society.
