I am a highly skilled, organised and methodical C-level executive, with a long-standing career at the highest level of international Motorsport. Over the years I have been a part of numerous Motorsport World Championship winning teams, winning 6 world titles with drivers such as Lewis Hamilton, Michael Schumacher, Nico Rosberg and Jenson Button. I specialise in exceptional business transformation across digital, operations, facilities and ESG, having designed, developed, built and executed complex multi departmental strategies for both mature organisations as well as young, ambitious and growing teams. As a member of the senior leadership team at Haas Formula One Team, I am responsible for several operational departments spanning IT, Digital, Facilities, Operations, ESG and Continuity. My remit spans multiple sites, budgets, departments and countries. In addition I chair/attend various business operational committees responsible for strategic direction, H&S, data governance and finance. As ESG lead, I drive forward the teams' carbon reduction initiatives, manage our community outreach program and ensure adherence to our social responsibility agenda.I hold a number of positions outside of my role at Haas F1. I am a Trustee and Member of the Board of Tove Learning Trust, a Multi Academy Trust (MAT) with 14 schools across Primary and Secondary, where I advise and govern senior leadership on risk and strategy.I have a particular passion for diversity and sustainability in Motorsport, spending as much time as I can on community outreach and championing STEM in education, particularly encouraging diversity in engineering and digital fields for primary education. I enjoy taking time out to coach a weekly robotics club at a local primary school. I am an active public speaker often engaged to talk on topics such as data, innovation, high performance mindset, team ethos and culture, sustainability and diversity and digital transformation.I am a Fellow of the British Computing Society and have been recognised as one of the top 100 CIO's in the UK four years in a row (2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024).Outside of work I am a husband and dad; when time allows I enjoy hiking, camping and adventures with the family as well as a fondness for red wine and BBQ cooking.
