Responsibilities include maintaining exceptional technology & digital services, designing and executing global technology strategies, ensuring constant digital advancement, ensuring technology plans align to overall business goals, designing complex digital platforms, managing multi-million and multi-territory budgets and maturing business policies and procedures.OperationsOversee and lead Facility teams to drive on-premise operational excellence, enhance productivity, and uphold impeccable standards of maintenance and service delivery, resulting in streamlined operations and enhanced environments for stakeholders.ESGCompany lead for strategic execution of all ESG initiatives within our management framework, fostering a culture of sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical governance, contributing to both organisational success and positive societal impact.Partner/Commercial supportAssist and orchestrate partnership acquisition through a deep understanding of Motorsport market dynamics and stakeholder needs, forging mutually beneficial partnerships that drive revenue growth, encourage innovation and enhance team performance. Member of the Senior Leadership Team. Chair and member of several business & operational committees including operations, financial, continuity, H&S, data governance/protection and business strategy.Advise/coach wider Haas companies across NASCAR, charity, manufacturing and property.Champion of diversity in Motorsport and STEM education initiatives, particularly in primary education where so much more work is needed especially around diversity.Based in the UK but often found in the US and at the occasional race track.
