Managing the Cincinnati Chemicals Plant (PQCDSM). This includes production of 70kMT of refined kosher glycerin and 200kMT of activated surfactant paste per year. P&G Cincinnati Chemicals Plant is the strategic producer of activated surfactant paste in the supply chain to Lima, Ohio manufacturing for use in Tide, Gain and Cheer, and refined glycerin into Crest, Scope and other Beauty Care products. As a whole, my organization included 110 people (85 technicians, 15 Managers and 10 analytical ).

Managing the Sacramento Operations (PQCDSM), which includes production of 115kMT of light, middle and heavy cut alcohols (C8-C18) annually. Sacramento is the strategic producer of mid cut alcohol and heavy cut alcohol in the supply chain for HDL, Hair Care, and has ingredients in over 10 P&G Billion Dollar Brands within North America. Also had responsibility for Site Technical Safety, Progressive Maintenance Department and Site Progressive Maintenance Pillar. As a whole, my organization included 80 people (74 technicians and 6 Managers).

Managing within the Corporate Engineering Business Services Group to support delivery of projects, product launches and new initiatives, reduce capital spending, build capability and develop global resources, provide problem analysis, solve critical plant issues, and provide corporate oversight through global governance. Key focus was to support TPM launch at new facilities in growing markets, which included travel to 35+ countries in 3 years to support.

Working as a Lead Nuclear Engineer in the Nuclear Engineering and Planning Department, Nuclear Engineer Fluid Systems and Mechanical Engineering Division.o Responsible for Shipyard engineering repair and or modification work of reactor plant valves, piping and components on United States Navy Nuclear Submarines and Nuclear Aircraft Carriers.o Prepare technical work documents for work on reactor plant systems using proper training, machinery history, technical manuals, ship modification instructions, shipyard instructions, NAVSEA and vendor drawings, external correspondence and other technology developed by outside activities.
