Oversee PayneCrest Electrical company electrians safety compliance at Conoco Oil Refinery site. Serving as the subcontractor Site Environmental Safety & Health Manager. Current duties are to ensure that work crews understand and follow all site procedures relating to safe work activities. Investigate near miss incidents. Conduct Job Safety analysis of task specific work. Identify, control and remove hazards. Host safety orientation and task specific safety training.

Oversee all Safety and Health related matters

Developed safety policies, safety program and safety handbook to meet compliance with OSHA standards and to reduce occupational injuries in field operations.
