Managed transmission maintenance of 1100 circuit miles of 345KV and 400 circuit miles of 138KV.  Ensured compliance for all NERC/WECC and state regulatory standards for safe and reliable transmission system operation.  • Managed annual $10M capital construction program and $5M O&M budget. Annually provided analysis proving savings for outsourced work averaged 15-18%. • Developed 120-day contingency plan for continued operations during work stoppage (strike) prior to the expiration of Labor Agreement.   TRANSMISSION & DISTRIBUTION (T&D) DESIGN     Managed team of Supervisors, Designers, Engineers, Field Technicians, Foremen, Linemen, Troublemen and support staff.
