• Lead a team of Sourcing Specialists and/or Screening Specialists
• Perform sourcing functions including sourcing for client open orders
• Work with management to anticipate needs and allocate sourcing resources and requisition loads to ensure a high level of support to active accounts.
• Partner with team members within to ensure resources are aligned with client/project volumes
• Monitor and measure the satisfaction of clients in order to respond to escalated client concerns and be proactive about preventing future issues
• Coach and counsel sourcing team on sourcing techniques, recruitment strategy, process administration and individual consultative ability
