I assist corporate executives in analyzing site selection factors for new corporate real estate locations. My work also includes securing state and local economic development incentive programs supporting initial capital investment and ongoing operating costs. I also assist in coordinating compliance reporting for incentives. Many of my clients are middle-market manufacturers expanding or relocating within the United States. However, I often assist larger corporations and advise smaller firms on the best practices for site selection.Site selection and economic development incentive projects are strategic, time-consuming, and require an in-depth understanding of project management processes and interpreting intricate subject matter. I am adept at leading multiple projects for my clients while keeping them informed about actions and progress, allowing them to focus on core business activities. I have a calm yet deliberate leadership style with sharp listening skills, and I adjust my approach to match each client’s corporate culture.The impact of adding new jobs and capital investment to state and local economies is often significant. I enjoy working with government and economic development officials and local community leaders to bring new corporate investments to their territories. My economic development background provides a unique perspective in analyzing site selection factors to identify locations matching business and financial objectives.My work in economic development spans over 30 years and includes consulting with Big Four firms Deloitte Tax LLP and PwC. Earlier in my career, I managed the business attraction program for the State of New Jersey for over seven years. As an advisor to companies, I have completed projects throughout the United States as well as in Eastern Europe and Latin America. I hold the designation Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) by the International Economic Development Council.My wife and I reside in Pennington, New Jersey, and we have two grown daughters. I am an avid runner and have participated in 23 marathons, including the Boston, New York, and Philadelphia marathons four times each.How can I help you?
