I managed V.Group's global recruitment strategy and activities across operations spanning 60 locations in 30 countries.

I was responsible for providing an end- to-end talent management and acquisition service across all SD Worx business functions by effectively partnering with internal stakeholders and nurturing candidates (both internal and external) through the recruitment / talent life cycle. The primary purpose of my role was to act as key contributor in creating, maintaining and growing consistent candidate pipelines, through effective external candidate sourcing and internal talent development, whilst also ensuring that talent acquisition and management activities are aligned to corporate objectives, goals, and values.

I managed the recruitment and talent management processes for Ceridian's UK and Republic of Ireland operations.Key Accountabilities include:Promoted role has involved managing, motivating, coaching and developing a small talent team. This included formal and informal performance management including setting, monitoring and reviewing annual objectives and personal development plans.Manage monthly HR MI reporting and analytics processes. This involves detailed analysis of headcount (actual v budget & forecast), attrition and talent acquisition metrics / budget.Educate managers in appropriate talent management processes, managing team talent plans and retention strategies, and implement related processes as required Liaise with Hiring Manager to ensure necessary arrangements are in place for new starter for individual departmental orientation and corporate inductions.Optimise e-recruitment tools and social media (Ceridian Website, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter) to develop and maintain effective diverse candidate database and on-going candidate relationships. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring quality service is delivered as well as reinforcing our reputation as professional partner.Ensure all processes are compliant with prevailing legislation and company policies. Review and adapt policies and processes as necessary.Research and maintain intelligence on most effective candidate sources, e.g. job boards, candidate data banks, government agencies, agency suppliers, employee referral, networking, under represented groups etc. Authorise all HR Shared Service Centre offer documentation before despatch.
