Worked closely with the CEO to develop a long term acquisition growth strategy by first establishing strong operating procedures and controls and significant profitability at its flagship field base operation at Westchester Airport. This supported our acquisition of three other major FBOs in Palm Beach, Teterborough and Santa Fe.
