Key areas of experience in addition to my medical statistics and management background- Unique challenges at Shafi Consultancy to be added over time- Most recently and still ongoing, leading an initiative within BI to develop standards from the protocol to the CTR, which involves work streams across medicine and all the therapeutic areas- Worked alongside teams over the years to enhance our BI reporting and publishing application keeping it ahead of external software developed and remain as our internal solution in this area- Project lead for the validation, qualification and training of several new SAS versions for the company- Led a global team of expert programmers to develop the modular framework for our SAS macros that have remained in place during my time at BI
