Key accountability for Client relationship, strategic operational development, personnel, service, safe working practice and management of P&L. Managed TUPE transfer. Successfully reduced costs by 48% whilst enhancing quality and customer service.

Managed the movement of a Division of Hays PLC to new locations whilst maintaining the business continuity for 12 major Retail support contracts, Release of £30m capital. Responsible for the Project Management of an £8,3m new build warehouse, with a £1m fit out budget - achieved on time and within budget. Led the successful recovery of a major retail contract. Within six months attained a service level of 99.26% from start up service level of 60%.
