I have been working at Johnsons Workwear (formerly Johnsons Apparelmaster) for 15 years firstly as a sales researcher for 10 years and latterly as MI (Management Information) Support for the past 5 years.In my current role I am responsible for providing support for our National Accounts Service team as well as providing assistance and support to some of our biggest customers which includes running regular reports, answering and resolving queries, setting up of new accounts for one of our biggest customers and some general customer service.As well as these duties, my role also involves credit control - I prepare and send out monthly consolidated invoices for some of our biggest customers as well as processing and allocating payments as and when they arrive and ensuring invoices are paid. These duties also include use of supplier portals such as Coupa.In my personal life, I enjoy attending football matches - I have an ambition to visit all 92 Premier League and Football League grounds! I also enjoy photography as a hobby - I have over 15,000 photos uploaded to Flickr. Whilst this is purely a hobby, I have had some of my photos featured on calendars, marketing material and magazines. My photos have also featured on a local news website, Blog Preston.
