Designed and implemented an electronic solution for returning graded assignments to students. The solution enabled us to provide feedback and grades to students much quicker, while decreasing the cost of doing so.Project lead for $8.3 million project to replace the Purolator Courier Ltd. (PCL) billing data entry system using a customized SAP solution. The solution was successfully implemented on budget, on schedule and without significant issue after go-live. It delivered approximately $5 million in annual benefits to PCL.Project lead of a cross-organizational deployment team on a large SAP installation at PCL. Developed the workplan, as well as the conversion, testing and deployment approach documents. All 600+ users were trained and equipped with the required technology in time for the solution Go-Live. The project was described by the Chief Information Officer of PCL as the most successful project PCL had ever undertaken.Developed a business case to validate the feasibility of a major Business Transformation initiative at PCL (transformation of PCL’s legacy systems to SAP through 3 major releases). Worked with the business to define the project scope and the benefits PCL would realize. The business case was a key factor in the decision to move forward with the project.
