I am responsible for strategic departmental planning, the management of ongoing departmental projects and I manage development of the WINspect home inspection reporting software as well as design new features using user input, design user interfaces and test pre-release code.My responibilities also include the documentation and publishing of detailed technical articles and FAQs using a wide variety of delivery systems including monthly newsletters and streaming video as well as delivering technology training to franchisees during monthly franchisee training and at yearly national conventions. In 1999 I was promoted to Technical Support Manager where my responsibilities moved away from the day to day support of our customers and moved towards evaluation and motivation of the technical support staff. My duties included statistcal analysis of phone metrics, schedule coverage, mentoring, hiring and evaluation of the technical staff.

I started at Wall Data as an entry level Technical Support Engineer. After 6 months of working our front line queue I was moved to our contract suport queue and handled escalations from the front line. From there I became a Team Lead and eventually I became Team Supervisor.

As an inside sales representative for Artisoft, I was responsible for training our VARs on the benefits of the LANtastic networking software and hardware solutions. I effectively responded to our VAR's request for product inventory and helped them decide what inventory levels to maintain.I consistantly met or exceeded out phone metric goals as well as out sales quotas.
