The company’s footprint spans ten states in the Southeast, South, Southwest, West, Mountain West and Pacific Northwest regions as well as two states in Mexico and a partnership in Shanghai, China.As a member of the Executive Management Team, I lead the Information Technology Services Team and Marketing Team. The Technology Services Team is responsible for the 24/7 high-availability support, software development, quality assurance, and project management of all technologies from the point of sale systems, back office systems, e-commerce platform, to the corporate infrastructure.The Marketing Team is responsible for all aspects of marketing from traditional to digital media. This includes a heavy focus on micro marketing using behavior targeting and retargeting and an integrated rewards program to grow loyal raving fans.

Z-Corp, Inc. is a small cap, privately held consumer internet subscription business primarily doing business as OneGreatFamily.com.A member of the Executive Management Team I lead the Information Services group. This team was responsible for the 24/7 high-availability support and development of the e-commerce platform and corporate infrastructure. I lead a team of professionals in the design, development and implementation of the world’s largest single online family tree.

GRB was a think tank where ideas were created around solutions that improve the way we interact with each other. Conceptualized, researched, and built an Internet portal for music directors that was a paradigm shift for the music industry, changing the eleven month process for processing marketing data and copyright reporting into a real-time and even predictive system.

Getty Images is the world’s leading provider of imagery, film, and digital services.I lead the Getty Images Technology Operations Services group. This team was responsible for the 24/7 high-availability support of the e-commerce platform and corporate infrastructure.

Compaq Services (Digital Equipment Corporation when I started and now HP) was contracted to support Microsoft's foray into internet properties. Starting and quickly expanding from MSN Alpha, the Redmond, WA data center was arguably the largest in the world.I managed all of Compaq's technology operations staff of more than 200 individuals, that worked on site at Microsoft in three countries.
