Following Compel's acquisition of the UK arm of Info'Products I was initially responsible for the Enterprise Support Group based in Chelmsford who were a team of Support Specialists providing server monitoring and software support services. I also had responsibility for Team2000 based in Hatfield. This was a team of support specialists that provided incident diagnosis and hardware/software support.As the integration of Info'Products UK and Compel continued, I eventually gained responsibility to run the Service Desk, Engineering Co-ordination and Contracts Administration.
