He made countless trips to Chicago to build the bridge between the customer and MDS. - Gary is a natural leader- he can work a Board meeting, or an employee meeting, and can build confidence in our vision and our ability to achieve it. He doesn't depend on someone else to make his slides or craft his story, he does it himself, and in doing, it becomes enormously credible, because he has thought through the details.
