I have been a solicitor since 1990 and I enjoy legal work as much today as I did on the day when I first qualified. Contrary to the opinion of most of my younger colleagues I did not use a quill in those far-off days-I assure people I actually advanced to writing with fountain pens! I was a partner for a number of years in a firm in Lincolnshire which dealt with mostly commercial agricultural and overseas matters and I have experience in a wide range of different areas of law which assists me in my litigation practice. I believe that a lawyer should fight hard for his clients and deals with a wide range of company commercial and business disputes as well as disputes between individuals. For me, the most satisfying aspect of my work is to begin the case on day one with a clean sheet of paper and concluding it with an order or settlement in the client`s favour. I have played and interested in a variety of different sports (especially football cricket and baseball) and I am passionate about the guitar which I still plays in public from time to time.
