Directing all financial planning and controlling activities for this $2.5 billion business that included a 3-year year budget, the 10-year plan, chairing the Resource Allocation Committee, and facilitating the $600 million capital approval process. Managed a total team of 19 and a $2.5 million budget

Reported to CFO. Assumed lead interim role in turnaround of company’s efforts to achieve full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). Member of the Disclosure Committee to ensure adequate SEC disclosures and other key filings.
