Executive Vice President
This role is a member of the Executive team, and must attend all Executive meetings and participate in the Strategic Planning meetings on a quarterly basis. This position takes full responsibility for overseeing all areas of the EDI Business unit including but not limited to quarterly Consulting goals, financial goals, growth and staff development. This position will work through the Senior leaders of the business unit to ensure the division's overall success.Essential duties and responsibilitiesStrategic planning in conjunction with Executive CommitteeAccountability to the Executive CommitteePartner In Charge activitiesReviewing company performance reports (productivity, financial, lead & etc.)Manage and grow client & Sage relationshipsReviews the preparation of budget and financial reportConfers with CEO, CFO and Executive Team to coordinate and prioritize financial planning and to align financial priorities with company's strategic plans.Review staff productivity, make modifications to work process as necessary.Oversees and supports activities towards Senior leadership achieving their performance goals accordingly.Identifying business opportunities from existing clients; may be presenting to executive levels of organizations and preparing formal proposals/ demonstrations; and leading negotiationsEstablish and maintain business and industry contacts that lead to sales.Supervisory responsibilities: This position has supervisory responsibilities. Directly supervises EDI Business Unit Senior leadership team in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
