Certified Public Accountant in California for 30 plus years. I started a Financial Services Business, and I specialize in small business and family protection services. I have been self-employed accountant and financial planner since February 1979, with one exception. I was the series 39 & 24 Principal for a one man Securities Brokerage Firm in the 1980s. I owned all outstanding shares, and held a series 7, 39, and 24 securities licenses. I decided early in the process to avoid training & hiring a sales force.

I returned to the Accounting World in July 1989 and started an Accounting & Tax Practice in Kern River Valley and Bakersfield. I was motivated restructure my business so I could raise my two Sons in a small Rural Community, and that proved to be a good decision.
