Having completed my initial assignment, i was invited to join Apps IT on a permanent basis to further enhance, develop and importantly, manage the growth process going forward. Planning, developing and implementing processes to key areas of the business whilst identifying market opportunity for future business growth. Evaluating, training and mentoring key team members.

My past work with Ellis Recruitment as Interim Sales Director, was to add depth and experience to their SAP team by working with their SAP client base to manage and develop existing and future opportunities. This together with identifying and building a strong team of SAP recourse consultants to manage the process after the handover.

As part of my role as Sales Director for the new SAP team, i actively interviewed, selected and trained team members within and outside their intake programs to be placed within several specialist areas within the Ellis Group.
