Restructured the reporting relationships to allow the development and QA process to complete and release the product. The result was a product that generated over $4m in revenue in the first year and remains a product in the catalog 6 years later. • Integrated a new early childhood assessment inherited from another Pearson company into Pearson Clinical assessment. Established the software development, tech support and other interfaces in the company. The assessment and associated web based application was successfully integrated into the business and assisted in the successful acquisition of new business from the State of Pennsylvania representing over $1.4m in revenue for the 1st year.
