To me, the best and most fulfilling part about my position is the ability and privilege to fly coast to coast to meet with so many VP's of Food Service/Retail, Corporate Executive Chefs, VP's of Grocery/Deli, Sales Managers, National Buyers, Category Managers, Sourcing Managers and F&B management teams. My company Bally Plus is one of the largest custom Clean Label Ingredient, Sauce & Food Manufacturing companies in the US... with a focus on Prepared Meals packed by the tray at our plant or packed as Bulk Kits for in store assembly... As well as Hot Bar and Grab N Go/Cold pack outs - primarily for the food service and retail/grocery sectors).
