Gary has 10-year experience in building services engineering design, construction and building sustainability. He is a qualified engineer with MHKIE, CEng & MCIBSE. He is experienced in multi-disciplinary planning and design for mixed use development in PRC Northern & Southern region, Yangon, residential development in Bulgaria and A&A retrofit works of shopping mall & hospital in Hong Kong. His contractor's skills are found in his building services coordinator role in the New Acute Hospital at Kai Tak Development Area Site A. He is also familiar with both GB and local codes, control development and implementation management of the patented innovative product - Solar Responsive Ventilator (SRV), sustainable MEP design in South Korea, District Cooling System (DCS), BEAM Plus NB & LEED certification, building energy modelling and BIM technology for prefabrication.
