- Set up and monitored fast moving, continuously operating machinery producing cosmetics - Worked on five main production lines producing mascara, foundation, powders, lipstick, showergel for P&G products- Performed complex changeover reducing downtime and increasing productivity- Checked all centrelines to ensure the machinery ran to full capacity - Performed all SOP’s to standard whilst maintaining high GMP standards- Built, sanitized and maintained mechanical systems and for each product - Responsibility of washroom and maintaining high standards of cleaning and sanitization - Trained in RTCIS system
