Viva Energy Australia lead for the Indepenedent Workshop sector, developing and implementing the Shell Helix Authorised Workshop Program with over 100 sites on board across Australia since 2016.Manage distributor relationships at a National Account and local level to achieve agreed targets in a very competitive target segment.Prospecting, assessing and contracting lubricant Stategic Accounts, Distributors & Resellers for Viva Energy Australia in the IWS, B2B & B2C sectors.Proficient in Salesforce CRM tool.Training distributor sales representatives (product training, customer value propositions and sales training where required). Conducting sales and technical joint calls with distributor sales reps to win new business. Develop & review distributor business plans with established KPIs with the flexibility to change strategy to maximise sales volumes within this competitive market.Creating and implementing value propositions to match market needsWorking with Marketing & Logistics on new concepts and business plans to deliver more profitable volume.
