As the project team leader, act as the primary driving force with all intercompany team members; top administration, accounting, contract administration, architectural, engineering, estimating, construction management, manufactured products, cabinetry and RF/Magnetic shielding. Assistant to the pricing manager with responsibility for the construction pricing of preliminary and final budgets for projects ranging from 20,000 to 80,000 square feet with budgets up to $6 million. Coordinated with the design and construction management departments to accurately compile quantitative price analyses from schematic designs or final construction drawings. Extensively utilized computer estimating systems, internal/external construction data and various other factors to compile an estimate/price to be utilized by the marketing and construction departments to sell the project.
