Took one of my websites on to the next level and now actually run it as a stand alone business. Facilitate the training of L.G.V. Drivers (theory only) who need to comply with the EU Directive on Driver Certificate of Professional Competence. Market the training courses on-line, recruit and manage team of instructors, deal with R.T.I.T.B. who oversee the delivery of the training modules and currently working on a on-line registration / booking system that gathers drivers details and speeds up the whole booking process for courses.

Currently owner manager at NRG Digital Ltd. Managing small team of designers and developers. Currently working on our own CMS www.startasite.co.uk. I have just finished the Software Ventures course at Sunderland Software City, found it very beneficial.

Set up my own printing business. Diversfied into web design in 2000. This led to forming NRG Digital Ltd to concentrate solely on web rather than print in 2007.

Studio Manager at new print production facility for WPC at Leechmere in Sunderland - responsible for setting up design studio , installing Apple Mac workstations and training one existing member of staff.

Four Colour Planner / PlatemakerServed traditional apprenticeship here in Print factory in the days before Apple Macs deskilled the pre-press area of lithographic printing --- prepared high quality point of sale (Royal Doulton, Dartington Crystal etc etc) and packaging work for the likes of Black and Decker , M+S, Ford Motor Co, many Whisky manufacturers (Glenfiddich,etc ect.) - for large 5 and 6 colour printing presses (4 col process + spot colour + U.V. Varnish) ---- made redundant when firm went into receivership in '93.
