President & CeoThe Klean Company (Formerly Bptx, Inc.) Oct 2017 - PresentThe Woodlands, Tx 77380Co-Founded The KLEAN company (www.thekleancompany.com) - The KLEAN company delivers transformative long-term (at least 90 days) protection against the spread of bacteria, fungus and mold, using an innovative solution: KLEAN for surface. The solution is chemical-free, non-toxic, durable, EPA approved, water-based product that can be applied to surfaces, skin and fabric to create an active barrier that kills bacteria, fungus and mold on contact for an extended period of time. KLEAN for surfaces falls below the minimum contaminant levels the FDA standards require for approvals for use on food contact surfaces, making it safe to use. KLEAN for surface is durable and has a stable molecular structure, creating a microbial surface that consists of barbs (carbon chains) and a strong electrical field that attracts the negatively charged bacteria or spore to the surface. When bacteria or a spore encounters this surface, the barbs puncture the cell wall rendering it harmless and/or the electrical field tears the cell apart. Today, no surface is safe from bacteria or spores. KLEAN has treated facilities of all kinds including hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, daycare centers, churches, businesses, casinos, and homes.

Cao - Chief Administrative Officer & DirectorNanovapor Inc. Jul 2006 - May 2020The Woodlands, TexasCo-founded Nanovapor Inc. (www.nanovapor.com) - NanoVapor brings the benefits of nanotechnology to energy and transportation, where it has been adopted as a safety best practice for gas freeing tanks in retail, as well as inland-marine and aviation. Safely managing vapors in fuel and cargo tanks is always a dangerous process, particularly with confined-space entry. NanoVapor makes gas freeing a tank dramatically safer and faster by quickly creating a molecular barrier that suppresses these hazardous vapors to safe levels. Because this barrier can last for days, it also reduces total emissions. NanoVapor’s system is portable, affordable, simple to use, and leaves no residue so no special cleanup is needed. It is completely non-toxic, biodegradable, and unreactive, resulting in a healthier workplace. -
