Served as the point of contact and relationship management with over 240 franchisees throughout the state of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana and Texas. Managed and delivered multiple projects on time and within allocated budget. Key instrument for department budgeting, design and support of all technology. • Develop and maintained project plans, ensuring all project requirements and objectives are properly documented and budgets are managed• Track and report project status, ensuring all risks are reviewed and mitigated• Implement methods and procedures in accordance with Software Development Life Cycle (Waterfall, Agile, etc.), Information technology industry standards and best practices.• Ensure direct dialog and coordination between business users, stakeholders and project staff• Hire, train and manage company developers and contractors• Design, manage and implement the company intranet, extranet and internet sites using SharePoint 2010• Upgrade all legacy applications to a cost effective, scalable and reliable solution using leading edge technology• Present new technology and trained store franchisees and employees at the company’s annual Expo and monthly sessions.
