From advisory roles in training and mentoring, designing and developing international training projects in Hostile Environment Close Protection, Security and Protective Driving through to Corporate and executive roles and CCTV projects. Design and implementation of executive and hostile environment training programmes in China, the Middle East and Europe. Driving the sales team and development of marketing materials including website design, desktop publishing to develop information brochures and online forms. Developed and maintained the quality management system to ISO 9001 standards, approval with the MoD Resettlement service and Enhanced Learning Credits registration and compliance. Stakeholder engagement and relationship management between key clients. Implementation of company infrastructure and training centre, including ICT systems to support the business operation. Design and development of interactive elearning and training products using a range of software packages inluding Articulate Storyline, Adobe, Microsoft Office. Leading the training delivery and assessor team to ensure quality standards are maintained for compliance with several awarding body systems and processes linked to qualification specifications including City & Guilds, Edexcel/Pearson , EDI, Industry Qualifications, Highfield Awarding Body, Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA).
