We accomplish this with a staff of about 30 staff and nearly 500 dedicated volunteers.Responsible for the organizational budget, both Operational and Capital, as well as finding alternative funding streams, such as the Re Tail Thrift Store I opened that brings in unrestricted income to the organization each year.A large part of my role with TAHS was to help in the design and construction oversight of our newly opened (July 2015) 17,500 square feet facility, as well as the fundraising to fund it.
