My responsibilities currently include the functional testing of a new EPOS till system in a test lab environment. I am responsible for the training & implementation of all aspects of the system, and I provide guidance & support to Area Managers, Managers and Frontline colleagues on the retail change, both technical & operational. The support I provide aims to ensure the effective use of the new system, and the on-going efficiency of process in store.

Successful completion of company NAP programme, followed by first store appointment until March 2014.Nominated for an Operational secondment on the Delivery Scheduler role out programme, across 3 of the companies 6 regions. As a member of a team of 6 completed training with Area Managers & Super Users, & subsequently performed follow up store visits to ensure successful implementation of the process change.Following completion of role out supported Retail Business Change including: Process Mapping, Changeover Labour Model, & Concept Stores support, feedback & training.Returned to Store Manager role at the completion of the secondment in December 2014 until March 2016.

Completed twice yearly stocktakes on an average stock holding of £6m, to monitor stock loss targets. Audit compliance across the store, supporting the achievement of company sales targets.Built strong relationships with external agencies, suppliers & brand partners to ensure SLA's were met.
