Over the next 6 years I was a top regional and national award winning recruiter, eventually rising to the role of Metro Manager for Consulting Services covering accounting, IT and marketing. Additionally I spent eight years at Bank of Boston in a variety of roles including business process re-design, product development, ERP implementation, financial reporting and marketing.
