Evp Strategic Development

Current

London, England, Gb

I am part of the All3Media International Senior Management team (along with our CEO and COO) reporting directly to our CEO. I am currently responsible for our digital publishing initiatives through our a3mi² (or Squared) team, driving digital revenues from activities outside of the traditional B2B sales routes. Our work has been nominated for various Content Innovation Awards, with wins for our SVOD service 'Inside Outside - House and Garden', and our lifestyle and reality FAST channel 'So...Real'. I am also responsible for our first podcasting project within A3MI. Building FAST services has meant sitting across editorial and scheduling decisions, promotional opportunities and marketing (including paid advertising), technical solutions (DPPs and metadata), data analytics, as well as production of our low level FAST original content for Gardening With Monty Don. In late 2023 I joined the European Advisory Board of Gracenote. I have also represented All3 on various panels and podcasts discussing the FAST and AVOD landscapes along with an insight into our strategy in this space. Prior to building Squared, my contribution to the A3MI business has included:- Building the company's first Insight function in 2016, including the launch of our own proprietary audience panel in the UK and US. This team was successful in enhancing sales and supporting producers; we moved the team to A3M Group to better support ALL of the Group companies.- Leading the team responsible for A3MI's first SVOD co-productions with Netflix and Amazon. Once established as a strong co-production partner, we moved this line of business into our core sales team to ensure that we were able to review opportunities across both traditional and digital co-production and premium acquisition partners.- Agreeing our first L&M deals for Midsomer Murders, All Creatures Great and Small, and Kitchen Nightmares prior to the launch of a specific L&M unit.
