• With a business plan of launch in the UK in 2020 Bluestone recruited me initially on a 6 months contract to turn around their motor finance business in Ireland. I quickly implemented a restructure of the team of 7.
• Turned around performance within the 3 month period with 2nd best month for written business in January and then again in February.
• Got business performance higher than the same month for the previous year for 4 out of 6 months in the role when this had only been achieved once in the previous 12 months, we were on track for achieving the company.
