    With a business plan of launch in the UK in 2020 Bluestone recruited me initially on a 6 months contract to turn around their motor finance business in Ireland. I quickly implemented a restructure of the team of 7 BDM’s and 1 RD and picked up direct management responsibility of the full team of 8. By making every member of the team accountable for their numbers, implementing consistent and stretched call plans and most importantly re-energizing the team so that they understood our proposition and more importantly ensured every visit was value added and alongside this I led the project that built an API for dealers and online partners to a successful launch and integration with DoneDeal their key online partner. ● Turned around performance within the 3 month period with 2nd best month for written business in January and then again in February.● Got business performance higher than the same month for the previous year for 4 out of 6 months in the role when this had only been achieved once in the previous 12 months, we were on track for achieving the company record set back October 2018 when COVID-19 impacted.● Most importantly we had built a real team spirit which worked brilliantly cross functionally and with the same common goal of breaking company records. Unfortunately as a result of COVID-19 my contract ended on 31st of August with plans for UK launch now on hold, I can provide suitable references and greatly enjoyed my time at Bluestone in Ireland and getting to the know the Cambridge management team.
