Recently added ChatGPT as an AI addition to provide an open-ended interactive chatting ability with full speech-to-text and text-to-speech for a keyboard-less interaction. Adding customizations to permit actions to be taken on the web site. Other novel features include multi-party screen sharing, dual camera when using the mobile app, 3D maps for walking around and interacting with others that are nearby in the virtual 3d space complete with live videos being shared over the avatar.

EVP/Executive Director at Citi Retail Services, built the consumer, healthcare provider, and health plan administrator network that will leverage the novel business product Money Squared for Health, a new electronic financial services product with an electric wallet. I co-invented and managed the business development of the product while working at the Citi Enterprise Payments division. The Money Squared product helps consumers understand and pay their healthcare expenses. For large hospitals that are part of the network, Money Squared reconciles the hospitals bills with the associated health plan claims to aid in the consumer understanding.Once the Consumer understands the obligation and agrees to pay, Money^2 makes it easy for them to make payments on the balance of their patient responsibility using any checking or credit card account from any bank or using their health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA). The Money Squared service also includes an innovative closed-loop partnership with select HSA and FSA administrators that eliminates the annoying consumer experience of sending in receipts to verify proper use of their flexible spending account.

 Founded and chaired the Citi Architecture Council as a global council responsible for coordinating the management of all of Citi’s technical and architectural processes, applications and data, including policies, standards and the establishment of strategic system roadmaps in support of all Citi businesses globally. Created the enterprise architecture framework used to coordinate dozens of teams of experts responsible for managing and reducing the portfolio of Citi’s ~7000 applications down to about 4000 and for setting architecture and product standards. Put in place procedures that drove down the total number of Citi business systems from over 7000 to around 4000 systems through establishment of global governance processes and annual strategic planning requirements, contributing significantly to the overall cost reduction of over $1B in IT spend in 5 years. Provided support to Corporate bank CIO and Consumer bank CTO for planning and managing their collective $5 B IT budget which supports Citi globally with $70 B annual revenue and $2 T in assets.
