• Established and am driving the first combined industry association group (Supply Chain Industry Group) in QLD to lobby on industry’s behalf and action wider industry concerns raised at annual summits.

• Achieved all ILS KPI’s in the 4 months leading up to project delivery, which underpinned the success of the SSS system in support of the 24,000 troops. This wasn’t expected to be achieved by senior Program Managers.
• Substantial and robust ILS documentation provided to support (in-service) an innovative and complex simulation support system for Defence.
• Ability to be flexible and provide effective solutions to issues potentially capable of leading to the failure of the SSS during a 4 week exercise period with equipment, contractors and project customers spread out.

• Responsible for significant cultural change within and across DC operations.
• Responsible for driving 21% performance improvement of the DC operations.
• Responsible for IR reform within the DC.
• Responsible for obtaining a ‘three B, safety rating for the DC (up from 2 x D’s and C prior to my arrival).
