Developing Governments’ commercial and operation requirements for a new fleet of covert small drones. The role involves producing project Logistic Support Analysis, ILS Plans as well as contributing all supply support content in the Operational Concept Document and Functional Performance Specifications. Intimate involvement in producing ILS related content for industry during the Invitation To Respond process and writing commercial documentation in support of the Through Life Support contract. Ongoing additional requirements to undertake extensive stakeholder management and project management related duties throughout the course of this project.

Delivering the Integrated Logistics Support consultancy required to sustain a fully-integrated modern training environment with both in-flight and virtual environments on contemporary twin-engine helicopters and flight simulators. The project prepares both Navy and Army for the new generation of advanced combat helicopters such as the Tiger Armed Reconnaissance Helicopter, MRH 90 Taipan, MH‑60R Seahawk Romeo and the new CH-47F Chinook Foxtrots.

Required to review the entire in-country C-17 aircraft support system to identify candidates for alternative delivery arrangements and to recommend actions to achieve the client’s objectives. Additionally, contracted to analyse, report on and solve a number of sustainment issues that were having a significant detrimental impact on the performance of the MRH-90 program, providing specialist supply chain management consultancy support to Australian Aerospace on their Multi Role Helicopter program.

•Established & drove 3 x industry groups that now address strategic marketing, engagement and workforce issues facing the T&L industry in QLD.•Established & drove a regional industry group in Rockhampton that now address all strategic issues impacting the T&L community in Central QLD (CQ).•Established & drove the Central QLD Intermodal Lobby Group, responsible for positioning Rockhampton as an intermodal logistics hub for wider CQ.•Established and am driving the first combined industry association group (Supply Chain Industry Group) in QLD to lobby on industry’s behalf and action wider industry concerns raised at annual summits.

•Achieved all ILS KPI’s in the 4 months leading up to project delivery, which underpinned the success of the SSS system in support of the 24,000 troops. This wasn’t expected to be achieved by senior Program Managers given the tight timeframes, significant procurement functions and extensive introduction-into-service activity required by me during this 4 month period.•Substantial and robust ILS documentation provided to support (in-service) an innovative and complex simulation support system for Defence.•Ability to be flexible and provide effective solutions to issues potentially capable of leading to the failure of the SSS during a 4 week exercise period with equipment, contractors and project customers spread out over 3 geographical areas in QLD.

•Responsible for significant cultural change within and across DC operations.•Responsible for driving 21% performance improvement of the DC operations.•Responsible for IR reform within the DC.•Responsible for obtaining a ‘three B, safety rating for the DC (up from 2 x D’s and C prior to my arrival).
