• Responsible for all Equipment worldwide for post sales and warranty Service.• Annual Sales target of 2 Million.o Small Machines, Retro fit’s, Spare Parts, Machine Relocation, T&M Projects, Emergency Breakdown, and Customer Service.• Internal support to Engineering, Sales, and Applications to promote product development through documented root-cause analysis, field enhancements and modifications.• Member of the PMO groupo Manage small projects up to 2.0 million, resourcing, budget forecasting, and commercial objectives.o Support closure of difficult or incomplete projects.o Preparation of written RFQ’s for Third Party outsourcing.• Member of the Operations group.o Department Heado Conduct employee performance evaluations.• Divided sections of Facilities.o Special Contracts, HVAC & capitol purchases, Property Maintenance, Plant energy consumption & control, Fleet Management and purchases.
