Eliassen Group acquired Project One in April 2019.My role initially focused on company integration and merger-related activities.Having successfully completed the company transition, my focus shifted to marketing and business development consulting projects such as organizing & running Executive-level Roundtables. This brought together various industry CxO senior leaders to meet their peers and discuss business topics of interest and impact.

Overall management and strategic planning responsibility for sales & marketing, account management, recruiting and operations.Started Project One as a highly specialized, consultative staffing firm, built around a high-touch/high service business model - in contrast to the often transactional nature of the staffing industry.Over the years, transitioned the company into a vertical market focus within MediaTech – digital & technology consulting services for the Media Industry encompassing clients in broadcast television, cable & communications, sports & news media, entertainment, publishing and adtech.Developed strong industry niche knowledge & expertise, created brand recognition and built a nationwide presence of leading global Media clients, including: A+E Networks, Altice, Charter Communications, Discovery Communications, Dish Network, Disney, ESPN, MSG, NBC Universal, Univision, Viacom, WWE, etc.In April 2019, successfully sold the company to Eliassen Group, one of the largest U.S. talent solutions companies, backed by leading private equity firm Stone Point Capital.
