As Creative Manager I work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation, successfully managing expectations and developing meaningful and comprehensive briefs. I provide creative oversight for all brand, marketing and communications material across the business, ensuring compliance with brand standards to deliver effective creative solutions of the highest production value. I lead a multidisciplinary team, providing proactive, collaborative and detail-oriented design management of brand identity and presentation, design, digital and video resources. I am a creative problem-solver with a strong design background and advocate the value of a solid design strategy as a means of building brand familiarity and, more importantly – customer loyalty.

I worked closely with multiple stakeholders, managing the teams creative execution across print, web, presentations, video and mobile apps to deliver integrated campaigns and marketing solutions. I was integral in the roll out of the new brand across Australia.

I managed the design team, print management and key stakeholder realationships. I designed and delivered the new visual identity for the hard roll out of all marketing collateral.
