With over a decade of experience in the industry, one might assume I’ve “seen it all.” But that couldn’t be further from the truth. There’s still so much to learn, so many challenges yet to be explored. In my work, humility and curiosity matter more than relying on well-worn solutions for new problems. Each task is an opportunity to expand, not repeat. Before you start comparing my CV against your requirements, let me share a perspective I’ve cultivated through years in the field: I resist the notion that AI/ML is “the product.” In reality, the product is the process—a holistic entity encompassing the talent driving it, the data generated or transformed, and its presentation. AI/ML is not the product itself but an enabler of that process. It can ignite, refine, or even fully power the process, but it will never stand alone as the final output. Machine learning cannot exist without context—there is no AI without an event, no insight without an anchor in reality. AI/ML solutions designed in isolation are destined to fail. Reality, no matter how abstract or complex, is the foundation. I can replace aspects of it with synthetic data, but everything starts with something concrete, observable, and recurrent. Discovering these truths, translating them into mathematical models, and making them explainable—that’s the core of my work and the part I find most rewarding.
