Lead interface with other attribute teams (NVH, Durability, Driveability, TASE), providing troubleshooting support and unique calibrations suitable for test-specific requirements. Conducted Fuel Economy and NVH development testing. Developed Driveline design verification testing plan and undertook in-vehicle testing.

Responsible for delivery of the front floor system on the Ford Territory. Lead a cross-functional team including representatives from Manufacturing, Safety, Durability, NVH, CAD, Finance and Purchasing to successfully undertake a significant re-design of the front-floor system to accommodate packaging requirements of new powertrain installations and achieve 5-star safety rating.
